Common questions
What does a licensed immigration consultant do?
A Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) is licensed by the CICC to advise on and represent clients in Canadian immigration and citizenship matters, from preparing applications to communicating with the government on your behalf.
How do I know Arzoo is licensed?
Her licence number is R711336. It is listed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No one can. Decisions are made by the Government of Canada. What we can do is prepare the strongest, most accurate application possible and tell you honestly where the risks are.
How much does it cost?
Fees depend on the service and the complexity of your case. After your consultation you will receive a written agreement that sets out the scope of work and fees before anything begins.
Do you work with clients outside Canada?
Yes. Many clients apply from abroad. Consultations and file work can be completed online or by phone.
